This is a demo site for our Basic association package.  Many features of this site are hidden and will appear according to the access level assigned.  The anonymous internet user can receive basic community information, members can access another level of information and tools, the Board can have full access to all records and features.

Annoucements located on this page show current messages and historical messages, future messages can be pre-programmed.  The calendar of events allows members to view upcoming events and subscribe for notification of future events.  Board and other meetings can be scheduled as recurring events with a full attachment of agenda or other information. 

Communication is made easier when we assign a bulk email alias to your groups.  For example we will create DEMO-BOD@myHomeSpot.com that will provide you a single email to remember for distribution of messages.  You can set up to (5) groups for committees, newsletter subscriptions, etc.

Surveys can be conducted online by registered users for gathering input from the membership.  This is a great tool to evaluate leadership performance, community concerns and vendor satisfaction.
